Cedar Creek Ecosystem Science Reserve

Eyes on the Wild online interacte camera trap project with flyers and info for other citsci projects happening at the Cedar Creek Ecosystem Science Reserve.

Snapshot Safari

Snapshot Safari is an initiative recruiting volunteers to tag images taken from remote camera traps in parks across eastern and southern Africa. We will display information about us and how to get involved, and have 2 mini games related to our work for guests to play. The first is a simple ID game where guests use a Field Guide (similar to what on our website) to identify easy to difficult images taken from our cameras in the field. The second game relates to some of the research coming out of our project around species distributions and landscape of fear - it's a game where people guess where to place ungulate species on a "habitat" board based on vegetation type and risk of predator presence.
